The King
What can be said now that hasn’t been said before or what is being planned to be said, suspected to have been said, intended to be said, or prophesized to be said about King St. Magnus5 Baghataur the Braut? I, Marjem will attempt to say that which is not apparent or obvious.
His Majesty stands apart from most men. He stands apart from most women. He stands apart from most people, places or things. He does this to protect. For he is a STRANGE ATTRACTOR – a Lightning Rod of Eris. If Murphy made some laws, King Magnus codified it into an unwieldy chaotic Codex of Chaos ….with tables and appendixes. If Life could be represented by a single piece of paper, our King would wield the sharp sheers which cuts diagonally, horizontally and vertically. He is also much like another piece of paper with its assorted cuts pre-made and he joins the edges of the cuts to the cuts of the paper of the first. He joins the edges with…the joining material would need to be soft and light or the weight would tear the paper…unless the frame in which this joining occurs is weightless. That would work nicely – I would think that the paper and joining material should still have mass so that if the frame were somehow pushed, each separate joining material would still exert an influence on another. I digress. Let’s just call the joining material, ribbons. Ribbons joining cuts in paper creating 3D structures…unless, of course, the two sheets of paper were aligned on the same plane. Let’s assume that they are not. The point I am trying to convey is that because of the sheet of life and the streamers attached by the King…I am sorry. I meant ribbons. I would imagine that you could call the ribbons streamers if they streamed. That would necessitate some sort of breeze. OH, HIGH PRAISE TO ERIS! SHE RIDES THE WIND OF CHAOS, EVOKING STRANGE CHANGE! We shall call them streamers. Now, getting back to the start….Because of and directly influenced by the Strange Attracting Nature of his Majesty, that force (call it the Wind of Chaos) will deviate from its normal trajectory in order to interact with (blow through) the King’s structure. And from that interaction, more steamers…actually, I guess they could be ribbons, or springs for that matter. She is the Goddess of Chaos after all…so whatever they are, they will join with those cut edges. This complex structure will increase dramatically (exponentially). It would depend on the number of edges within this force (wind). Since it is chaotic, I believe that this number would fluctuate – why any number could be true – over some measuring unit of time, of course. I do not think (though it is possible) that these interactions occur Outside of Time. [Note to Self: Politely inquire to an authority (Pope) on this subject.] The point I am striving to lay before your discerning eyes is that it is all very complicated. VERY COMPLICATED INDEED! |
What Others Have to Say About Our King
Duke Brentwood: “What strikes me most about the King is his resoluteness. Once he is able to settle his scattered thoughts upon a course of action – he is resolute in continuing it. Now, do not infer that he is any good at it. I didn’t say that. But when you consider all the forces aligned against him, it’s a wonder that he functions as well as he does.
I think it proper to look to the Positive. I’m positive that under his Leadership Tar Shakan is poised on the Brink of Extinction. His Impact? About as large as a small moon crashing through our atmosphere to smash into our world, raising a dirt shattering, climate changing, species extincting cloud of dust and rubble that will extinguish the Sun’s very light, not to mention the Light of Hope. It is
said that a similar impact was felt in the Mundo long ago, which caused a 90% extinction rate. Our King, I am confident, can do much better – maybe even 100% or more!!
Now I feel it is my duty to address another matter. Let me state for the record that I do not believe, am not listening to or researching those baseless claims that have recently cast serious doubt as to our King’s Paternity and thereby his own claims to the Throne of Tar
Shakan.
In regards to Bloodline, I do have a Positive. I am positive that recently uncovered information showing a tenuous, sketchy yet totally believable connection between the House of Brentwood and the Royal House is in fact, totally believable! What marvelous news!"

Count Bluk: “The King, he a bit like the spiked ball coming offin’ the chain of a flail. He flies off, hits things and flies off again. I be his man. I a be hitting things for him, too! Iffin’ he points me there, there I be, by Goddess! Iffin’ he say, ’Sink a mineshaft, 800 foot down.’ Well, it be a mineshaft what will be done! Bluk the bloke that stands agin’ the King. And iffin’ the King say, ‘Prospect for peas in the mineshaft.’ Why I be a doin’ just that very task. No matter how long it be a takin’."
Herald Pyter of Kansas: “I am totally underwhelmed by him. But that’s good…gives me something to do. I mean, someone has to help him, don’t they? My job just might be the most important one within the Kingdom. I relay the King’s words – but not just any words.
I have to make sure he’s lucid, not drooling or mumbling to inanimate objects. I usually snap my fingers numerous times to get his attention, feed him a few peas as a reward and quickly tell him what he told me he wanted to do. It is much harder to do than it sounds, let me tell you!
But it’s for a good cause, the best cause. What’s the best, most noble cause? A LOST CAUSE. The Bards will sing of it for years, I’m sure."

INTERESTING KING FACTS: The King likes to change residences frequently. Paduka was the first Grand Palace. The Separation Exultation led him to Gibralter Castle, not to be confused with his castle in Botela de Cola. From there, he landed at Palace Tortuga, from which he and the Queen escaped in Nick' time. Now he and the Queen resides at Palace Grenada. It looks very nice. You can see these beauties here.
